A small one, we have the sound of a lady spelling the flag. She doesn’t speak only one language, i think this is a mix of German and English.
Nevermind just Open google traduction with Dutch language selected and use the mic function to translate what ever she said to text :

Like i said it’s look like a mix between english and german, so lets asume that the word are in english.
